We offer authentic kaiseki cuisine by the executive chef who trained at a long-established restaurant in Kansai.
Seasonal seasons include wild vegetables, river fish, plateau vegetables, mushrooms, and Shinshu beef, as well as ingredients from Shinshu and fresh seafood directly from Toyosu.
Furthermore, you can enjoy the colorful dishes with a skillful incorporating selected ingredients from all over the country, serving them and paying attention to the dishes.
The rice is made from Koshihikari rice, a contracted farmer from Azumino, Shinshu, which is blessed with nature and is well-known for its deliciousness.
Enjoy a relaxing time in your favorite room, including pure Japanese style, Japanese modern, single-style rooms, and even a suite with an observation bath with a hot spring water on the top floor.
The large bath has an open-air bath, sauna, herb baths, and more.
