■Regarding returns

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in principle.

■ Regarding conditions

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

• In the case of defective products
• If you receive a different item than the item you ordered

*If you would like to return the product, please be sure to contact us within 3 days of receiving the product before returning it.

In addition, we cannot accept returns for the following products:

• Items that have been delivered more than 3 days ago
• Items damaged due to customer's negligence
• If it has been opened

■ Return shipping fee

If the item is returned due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the product is defective or incorrect, please return the product to the product with a shipping fee.

■ Procedure

The transfer will be made to the account you specified within 4 days of returning the product.
We will cover the fees.
*If you pay by credit card, we will cancel the bill. For more information, please contact your credit card company.
