A welcoming event will be held at the Lakeside Park Outdoor Music Hall.

A mini concert by Okaya city brass band Ankoru.
A lottery will be held exclusively for those staying there.

You will also be appearing in mascot characters, so please take a commemorative photo with them.

Anyone can take part in concerts and commemorative photos with mascot characters.
Please come and visit the outdoor music hall at Lakeside Park for a moment in front of the fireworks.

4:30pm-5:00pm Mini concert by Wind Orchestra Ankoru
17:00-17:30 Mascot characters appear (Who will be looking forward to seeing who will come on the day♪）
5:00pm-5:30pm Garapon lottery for guests only (please bring the lottery ticket to be given to you at check-in)

In addition, if it rains, only a lottery will be held at the sightseeing boat station (the pier for those with a turtle boat).
