How to use USAGE FLOW
Book your accommodation first STEP 01
Please make a reservation at the applicable accommodation via the official website or by telephone.
When making a reservation,Kamisuwa Onsen Please let us know that you will be using the "Drive Plan with Common Accommodation Gift Certificate." Please choose "On-site payment" as the payment method for accommodation fees.
*There are conditions for use with one room for two or more people.
*Reservations are not accepted from various accommodation reservation sites.
*Applications for plans are not eligible for advance payments using credit cards or travel agency accommodation coupons.
Apply for a drive plan STEP 02
From the NEXCO Central Japan websiteUntil 7 days agoPlease apply to.
Please register the ETC card you are using when applying.
「Kamisuwa Onsen Please purchase the "Drive Plan with Common Accommodation Gift Certificate" with a credit card.
After application is completed,Application confirmationYou will receive an application completion email with the download URL.
Going out on the highway STEP 03
Please drive safely with your registered ETC card.
*The normal fare for the driving section will be displayed on roadside indicators and ETC vehicles when traveling through toll gates, but for driving in areas where the expressway tour pass is applied, the expressway tour pass will be charged at a later date. We will charge you at this rate.
Accommodation use STEP 04
Please present your driver's license or other identification card at the front desk of the facility where you booked it, along with the printed application confirmation form.
After confirmation, the application confirmation form can be used as a common accommodation gift certificate.
Please pay the difference between the accommodation fee and the common accommodation gift certificate (10,000 yen worth).
Charges STEP 05
The fee for the drive plan with a common accommodation gift certificate will be paid by a credit card, and the fee for the expressway tour pass will be paid by an ETC card.
When billing from a credit card company, the fee for the drive plan with a common accommodation gift certificate and the expressway tour pass fee will be charged separately.
About cancellation
- Please make sure to contact both the Ryokan and NEXCO Central Japan to cancel your order.
- Cancellation fees may be charged for inn cancellations
- If you use the expressway, cancellations are not possible regardless of whether you use the accommodation gift certificate.
